APP Privacy Policy (English Version) APP Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy clarifies the practices regarding the collection, use, storage, and sharing of users' personal information during the use of the APP, strictly complying with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, ATT framework, and other relevant requirements to protect users' personal information security and legitimate rights and interests. By using all services of this APP, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all contents of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services of this APP. 1. Scope and Method of Information Collection This APP collects user information strictly in accordance with the principle of "minimum necessity". It only collects information necessary for realizing the core functions of the APP and improving service quality, and does not collect personal information irrelevant to the services. All information collection is carried out with the explicit consent of users (sensitive information is consented separately). The details are as follows: 1.1 Necessary Personal Information Such information is a prerequisite for this APP to provide basic services. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use the core functions of this APP normally: - Device Information: including device model, operating system version, device unique identifier (IDFA/IDFV), device brand. Collected automatically by the APP to adapt the operating environment, fix operational failures, and ensure the stability of APP usage. It is not associated with user's personal identity information nor used to track users' cross-app behaviors. 1.2 Optional Personal Information Such information is optional for improving service experience. You may independently choose whether to authorize it, and refusal to provide it will not affect the use of the APP's basic functions: - Location Information: Authorization is required for the APP to obtain your precise/approximate location information. This information is only used to realize corresponding functions and not for other purposes. You may turn off the authorization in device settings at any time. - Photo Album/Camera Permission: Authorization is required for the APP to access the photo album/camera. Relevant pictures are only obtained when you take the initiative to operate, and other contents in the photo album will not be actively scanned or stored. 1.3 Information Collected by Third-Party SDKs This APP has integrated compliant and registered third-party SDKs to realize some auxiliary functions. Third-party SDKs shall collect and use information in strict accordance with their own privacy policies and the provisions of this policy. The details are as follows (can be modified according to the actual integration of the APP): - Statistical Analysis SDK (e.g., Firebase Analytics): collects device information and APP usage behavior (e.g., function clicks, usage duration) to analyze APP operation status and optimize service experience. It does not collect personal identity information nor track users' cross-app behaviors. - Push SDK (e.g., APNs): collects device identifiers and push status information to push APP notifications and service reminders to you. You may turn off push permissions in APP settings or device settings. All third-party SDKs have completed compliant registration, and their privacy policies can be viewed through the corresponding official links. This APP has required third-party SDKs to provide user information protection measures equivalent to those specified in this policy, and strictly prohibits them from collecting or abusing user information beyond the scope. 2. Purposes of Information Use All user information collected by this APP is only used for the following legitimate purposes, not for any undisclosed purposes. It strictly follows the principle of "collection for use" and does not use information beyond the scope of purposes: 1. Provide basic services: used for APP account login, identity verification, function operation, ensuring service stability and security, and solving failures during use. 2. Optimize service experience: optimize APP interface layout, function adaptation, improve operating speed according to user usage behavior and device information, and provide users with more demand-oriented services. 3. Realize specific functions: realize positioning, picture uploading, voice input, payment and other corresponding functions according to user authorization to meet users' personalized usage needs. 4. Security protection: used to identify abnormal logins, prevent fraud, detect malicious behaviors, protect user account security and APP service security, and avoid damage to users' rights and interests. 5. Compliance requirements: retain necessary information for compliance inspection and dispute handling in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and Apple App Store review requirements. Note: This APP does not use user information for advertising tracking or third-party advertising placement, nor share user information with third parties for advertising marketing. It strictly adapts to the requirements of Apple's ATT framework and respects users' control over advertising tracking. 3. Information Storage and Security 3.1 Information Storage - Storage Location: All user information is stored on servers that meet Apple's security standards, and no cross-border transmission of user information is conducted. If there is indeed a need for cross-border transmission, the registration procedures shall be completed and users shall be informed in strict accordance with relevant laws and regulations and Apple's requirements. - Storage Period: Only retain information for the shortest time necessary to achieve service purposes. When information is no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymized in a timely manner. After a user cancels an account, all personal information of the user will be completely deleted within 30 working days (unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations), and cannot be recovered after deletion. 3.2 Security Protection This APP adopts multi-level security protection measures to protect user information security and prevent information leakage, tampering, and loss: - Technical Protection: Adopt AES-256 encryption technology to encrypt and store user information during transmission, prevent network attacks and data theft; desensitize sensitive information (e.g., mobile phone number, verification code) and do not display complete information. - Management Protection: Establish a strict information security management system, restrict internal personnel's access rights to user information, only authorized personnel can access relevant information, and the access process is fully traced; regularly conduct information security training for employees to enhance privacy protection awareness. - Device Protection: Remind users to properly keep account passwords and device information to avoid account theft; if users find abnormal accounts or information leakage, they can contact customer service, and we will take measures such as freezing accounts and troubleshooting risks as soon as possible. Please note that there is no absolute security in the Internet environment. If information leakage occurs due to force majeure, third-party attacks, user's own operational errors or other non-APP reasons, this APP shall not be liable for relevant responsibilities, but will actively cooperate with users to investigate and handle the problem. 4. Information Sharing and Disclosure This APP strictly protects user information and does not arbitrarily share or disclose users' personal information unless it meets the following circumstances, and necessary measures will be taken to ensure user information security: 1. With the explicit consent of users: share necessary user information with third parties with the active authorization of users (e.g., share desensitized account information when authorizing third-party login), and the scope of sharing shall not exceed the scope of user authorization. 2. As required by laws and regulations: disclose user information in accordance with the legitimate requirements of relevant laws and regulations, administrative or judicial authorities, and cooperate with investigations, evidence collection and other work. 3. Necessary for third-party services: share necessary information with registered third-party SDKs to realize auxiliary functions of this APP (e.g., payment, statistics, push), and only share the minimum scope of information necessary to realize functions. Third parties shall not use the information for other purposes. See the "Information Collected by Third-Party SDKs" section of this policy for details. 4. Protect legitimate rights and interests: reasonably disclose relevant information in emergency situations (e.g., preventing fraud, handling disputes) to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, this APP or third parties. This APP does not sell, rent or trade users' personal information to unrelated third parties, share user information with data agents (unless for detecting and preventing fraud), or associate user information with third-party data for advertising purposes. 5. User Rights In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and Apple App Store requirements, users have the right to exercise the following rights over their personal information. This APP will provide convenient operation channels to ensure the realization of users' rights: - Right of Access: Users can view their personal information (e.g., account information, authorization records) in 【Me - Settings - Privacy Settings】 of the APP and check it at any time. - Right of Correction: If users find that personal information is incorrect (e.g., nickname, avatar), they can modify it directly in the APP; if they cannot modify it by themselves, they can contact customer service for assistance. - Right of Deletion: Users can take the initiative to delete part of personal information (e.g., uploaded pictures, filled personalized information) in the APP; if they need to delete all personal information, they can apply for account cancellation. After account cancellation, all personal information will be completely deleted in accordance with the provisions of this policy. - Right to Withdraw Consent: Users can withdraw permission authorization for the APP (e.g., location, photo album, microphone) in device settings at any time, or withdraw authorization for third-party SDKs in the APP. After withdrawing consent, this APP will no longer collect corresponding information, but it will not affect the legitimate use of previously collected information. - Right of Cancellation: Users can apply for account cancellation in 【Me - Settings - Account Cancellation】 of the APP. The cancellation process is simple and convenient, and the review period does not exceed 15 working days. After cancellation, all personal information of users will be completely deleted and cannot be recovered; if problems are encountered during cancellation, users can contact customer service for assistance. If users need to exercise the above rights or have questions about personal information-related matters, they can contact us through the contact information at the end of this policy. We will reply and handle it within 7 working days. 6. Update and Notification of Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy will be revised in a timely manner in accordance with the update of relevant laws and regulations, Apple App Store policies and APP function iterations. After revision, a notice will be issued in a prominent location in the APP (e.g., startup pop-up window, settings page) to inform users of the updated content; if the updated content involves users' core rights and interests (e.g., expansion of information collection scope, change of sharing objects), separate user consent will be obtained. Users' continued use of this APP services shall be deemed to agree to the revised Privacy Policy. 7. Disclaimer - This APP is only responsible for its own acts of collecting, using and storing user information, and shall not be liable for the information processing acts of third-party SDKs. The privacy policies of third-party SDKs are their own responsibilities, and users can consult the official third-party privacy policies for details. - Users voluntarily provide personal information. If information leakage occurs due to user's own operational errors (e.g., leaking account passwords, authorizing untrustworthy third parties), this APP shall not be liable for relevant responsibilities. - If user information leakage or loss occurs due to force majeure, network attacks, third-party infringements or other non-APP reasons, this APP will actively cooperate with users to investigate and handle, but shall not bear direct responsibilities.
